This series, begun by the Maine Genealogical Society in 1988 has provided researchers of Maine families with well over 2,000 comprehensive 3-generation studies of families resident in Maine at the time of the 1790 census. This represents about 13% of all families then living in Maine. These studies contain meticulous documentation along with the addresses of the researchers who compiled the material. This latest volume in the series contains 218 new families with 672 genealogy-packed pages.
This, the eighth in the series, includes addenda and corrigenda for the first seven volumes.
